I don't have the time to read the whole thread so I'm sorry if this has been said before but the Rokh is coming out in kali so caldari will finally have a rail bs. So the missile/torp/cruise flight time isn't a problem anymore once kali comes out....

not true. With a sensor booster medium shield booster bcs and overdrive injector i can survive 0.0 rats. You just need to outrange them. That way they can't do anydamage while you can take them out. The shield booster is for the beginning when you...

Ok I have been considering training for amarr seeing as I like lasers and the nice armor tank. Also the reload time for missiles has killed me like 8/10 times and the amarr do not need to reload. Advice please!
